Finding Gold in Colorado Historic Sites & Modern Prospecting Honey Holes

A moment of fame (now I just need to find the fortune to go with it!)

For a couple years, the Jefferson County Open Space website had a page on their rules for prospecting in the park and guess who they picked as a model for doing it right?

In the pic, I’m dressed for cold weather because it was December! That’s a Gold Cube with a trommel on top of it. I love that setup and I bet you will too! Read my Gold Cube review and recommendations here:

If you are interested in seeing the current rules before going to this prospecting area, See the rules here…which my fellow volunteers and I, helped them update.

This site costs money to keep up. The only way it makes money is shopping referrals. If you appreciate the info here, please click thru one of my Amazon links the next time you want to shop online. It won’t cost you anything extra and it keeps the site going!
